Fear and anxiety go hand in hand. Often your anxiety is ignited by specific fears. Many of us know our fears. Some may not know them precisely, and this can produce an all around, formless anxiety. If you don’t know what your fears are, it may be a good idea to take the time to think about what they might be. If you can figure out what your fears are, you are one step closer to getting a handle on your anxiety. For those who know what your afraid of, you can treat the source of your anxiety.
