Hi and thank you for visiting my site! It has been my pleasure and privilege to provide people in NY and NJ Psychotherapy for over 12 years. We all have undergone a dramatic shift in lifestyle due to the pandemic. I am so glad to be able to continue providing supportive psychotherapy to my clients through this difficult period. I am currently not seeing individuals in my offices and have instead shifted to a completely safe, virtual environment.

I am currently seeing all clients via Skype, FaceTime or by telephone session. Finances:
My rate is $175 per 45m session. If you insurance, some plans come with out-of-network benefits. If you have such benefits, I’m happy to submit claims to the insurance company. If you would like help figuring this out, feel free to reach out to me!
